Can technicians open and close orders from their phone?
Yes. Using a QR code per unit, the technician opens the order from their phone or tablet, records the work done, adds photos of inspection points and closes it without going to the office to enter anything. Internet access on the device is required.
Does SITIC record photographic inspections on unit intake and delivery?
Yes. When opening each work order you can record the equipment's condition with photos per inspection point. At close, the customer can sign digitally. This gives you full backing against any subsequent claim. Each photo stores the time, date and location where it was taken.
