SITIC allows you to control the rental cycle of each unit through unit reports, change records, automatic invoicing and visibility of pending invoices — all in one system.

Can technicians create work orders in the field from their phone?

Yes. The technician opens the order from their phone or tablet on the job site, records critical equipment points with photos and captures the digital signature of the on-site contact. When finished, the order is closed and linked to billing. Internet access on the device is required.
