We started in Torreón, Coahuila, working directly with truck dealerships. We learned the business from the inside: the workshop, the warranties, the warehouse, the branches that never talked to each other. SITIC was born from that experience — focused on real operations.

From a dealership in Torreón to the system running in 5 countries

In the 90s, when truck dealerships in Mexico ran their operations on paper and spreadsheets, a team of developers in Torreón decided to build something different: a system that truly understood how a heavy equipment distributor works.

That required spending time in workshops, talking to technicians, understanding why warranties got lost and why the warehouse always had discrepancies. That knowledge became code, and that code became SITIC.

Today we operate in Mexico, the United States, Guatemala, Honduras and Colombia, with over 200 active locations that trust SITIC to manage their daily operations.
